An average day at a Disney Park is roughly 10,000-18,000 steps. That is a ton of walking!!!
(Please do not count on being able to rent from Disney at the Parks, they rent them out so quickly that the odds of you getting one are super slim.)

If you do not want to lug your stroller from home, Kingdom Strollers is EXCELLENT!!

There are two different restaurant styles at Disney. Table Service and Quick Service.
YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO WALK UP TO A TABLE SERVICE RESTAURANT AND GET SEATED.
Table Service restaurants require reservations that can be made in your MyDisneyExperience account. Popular restaurants fill up at 180 days out!
Quick Service Restaurants are exactly that. walk up to the counter (or mobile order) and place your order. Then grab a seat and eat.
